Delivery & Returns


Standard delivery is £5.50 for all orders under £60, orders over this amount are free.


Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, although we strive to dispatch parcels as quickly as possible.

Orders within the UK Mainland will be dispatched via Royal Mail. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will likely return the parcel to the local sorting office and leave you with a note. Interventions within this delivery process such as leaving in a safe place are at your own risk.


A parcel is considered lost if it has been within the system for over 14 working days. In the unlikely event that your parcel does not reach you within the 7 day estimation, we are unable to dispatch a replacement or intervene until the period of 14 working days has been exceeded. Spring is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery goods regardless of the method of delivery.


Spring are not responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, or you do not grant permission for a parcel to be accepted on your behalf, your parcel may be returned to us; in such circumstances an additional delivery charge will be incurred to redeliver to a corrected address.


We hope you are completely satisfied with all of your purchases from Spring. Due to the nature of the products provided, we are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges other than in exceptional circumstances.

You can cancel your order by emailing with your Order Number. If your items have already been confirmed as dispatched, then we will not be able to cancel your order.
